Our team members have successfully assisted clients in connection with responding to New York State Power Authority (NYPA)request for proposals. We have been actively involved in various energy related proceedings at the Public ServiceCommission (PSC) on behalf of a number of our clients including but not limited to trade associations, generators, transmission developers and utilities. We have assisted clients in numerous efforts to pass and defeat legislation and in successfully applying for funding via various New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) programs.
