Ken Zebrowski joined Brown &Weinraub in 2024 after serving in the New York State Assembly for over seventeen years. While in the Assembly Ken chaired multiple committeesincluding Banks, Governmental Operations and, most recently, Corporations, Authorities and Commissions.  During his tenure he also took on numerous specialprojects and other roles for the Assembly majority. These projects ranged from chairing the reapportionment task force that handled redistricting to sponsoring and debating the bill that modernized laws and procedures following the pandemic. Ken was the Speaker’s appointee to the Public Authorities Control Board that reviews financing for 11 statewide authorities and co-chaired the Administrative Regulations Review Commission that reviews and issues comments on all state agency regulations.  In each of these roles Ken tackled major issues during challenging times for public policy. During his tenure as Banks Chair he oversaw policy proposals in the evolving Fintech world and protected NY contracts following the collapse of the LIBOR benchmark interest rate. As Chair of "Gov Ops" he helped steer State Government through the pandemic while modernizing open meetings laws. During his term as Chair of the Corporations Committee he worked with the MTA to close a major operating deficit and help the agency recover from pandemic closures and remote work challenges.

Ken is a life-long Rockland County resident and currently lives in West Nyack with his wife and three children. His political and governmental experience is augmented by collaborations with numerous businesses and not-for-profits across the Hudson Valley and New York State.
